Best Web 2.0 Female Thought Leaders

So I'm walking through my RSS feed list and with the exception of danah, its rather male dominated (and white male, at that...well, I think so...  I'm really not sure in all cases, to be honest).

Does anyone have a few recommendations to help me out with a more balanced perspective?  Female or minority entrepreneurs, academics, etc. in and around the technology services space, specifically around identity, personal information management, user interface, etc?

Are you following me on Twitter?

I think it is very commendable that you're trying to make your network broader and more balanced - something I also often think about but rarely do anything about. Perhaps one should be more radical about opening up to different voices though. Black people and women in the "technology services space, specifically around identity, personal information management, user interface" are unlikely to be that different from white men in the same space. So in addition to paying more attention to black people and women one should also pay more attention to people outside the strict definition of what you're interested in - e.g., people who are not necessarily into technology but who have things to say about why the tech world is so white male dominated.

I actually have quite a few female bloggers on my list but most are either recruiting or down and dirty technical stuff like Sara Ford who posts the best Visual Studio Tips but who rarely talks about overall technology themes.

That said, Leah (http://spaces.msn.com/members/IMUnplugged/PersonalSpace.aspx?_c01_blogpart=blogmgmt&_c=blogpart) works for the MSN Messenger team which is technology and identity management to a certain extent so you might want to check her out.
